The challenge
A medium-sized company has various machines in production at several locations – these are to be digitally connected in order to read and upload data.
The Xamalink solution
Using suitable hardware, the machines are securely and encrypted connected to a central system via VPN. All data gets centralized on the software platform. Status information can be retrieved. Data and updates can be pushed to the machines.
The result
By digitalising the machines, the company is making the breakthrough to Industry 4.0. The digitalisation of the shop floor opens up new technological possibilities such as predictive maintenance and product traceability.
