Exclusion of liability:

1. liability for content

The content of our website has been created with the greatest possible care. However, we cannot guarantee that this content is correct, complete, up to date and also pleasing. According to § 7 para. 1 TMG we are responsible for the content, even if it has been ordered.

In accordance with §§ 8, 9 and 10 TMG, we are under no obligation to monitor information transmitted or stored by third parties or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activities.

This does not affect our obligation to block or remove information that arises from general laws and which must be observed.

However, we are only liable at the moment we become aware of a specific infringement of rights. The content in question will then be removed immediately.

2. Liability for links

Our website contains links that lead to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. It is therefore not possible for us to accept any liability for this content.

Responsibility for this always lies with the respective provider/operator of the corresponding website. We check the websites we link to in full at the time of linking for a possible legal offence.

However, we cannot reasonably be expected to constantly monitor the content of the linked websites without any specific indication. However, if we become aware of an infringement, we will immediately remove the relevant link, which we can do.

The contents of our website are, as far as possible, protected by copyright. Written authorisation from the creator is required for anyone reproducing, editing, distributing or using the content.

The downloading and copying of our website for both private and commercial use must be authorised by us in writing. We would like to point out that we have always respected the copyright of third parties with regard to the content on our website, unless it was created by us.

If you would inform us that you have nevertheless found a copyright infringement, we would greatly appreciate it. We can then remove the content in question immediately and would therefore no longer be in breach of copyright, i.e. we would not be perpetuating an unlawful situation.
